The Crew II

David Kratzer is in his second year with The Lexington School Kitchen Crew.  He has brought some serious skill to our baking program.  David trained at the San Francisco Baking Institute with a Gold Medal winning Chef.  Watching David work with dough is mesmerizing.  He is intuitive and efficient and helps roll out our special breads and pastries.  David grew up in the Congo area of Africa.  His knowledge and passion of international cuisines has been crucial to the success of many Dining Hall Demonstrations.

Crystal Allen is in her third year with The Lexington School Kitchen Crew.  You may not see too much of Crystal in the Dining Hall.  She gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Ryleigh, and will be taking leave to spend time with her new addition.  Crystal has worked with some famous celebrity chefs including Tyler Florence, Bobby Flay and Marcus Samuelsson. Crystal is a graduate of the Sullivan University Culinary program.
