Crew III

James Minter is in his fourth year with The Lexington School Kitchen Crew.  James is a graduate of the Sullivan University Culinary Arts program.  He is also a graduate from the University of Kentucky and has taken many courses at Valdosta State University in Georgia.  James is an Army Veteran of Operation:  Iraqi Freedom and Operation: Enduring Freedom.  James was promoted to Kitchen Captain/Lead Cook this year.  I have relied on his Crew leadership and he knows and ensures that the quality of food served is the quality you expect.  

Tracy Estepp is in her fifth year with The Lexington School Kitchen Crew.  Tracy was promoted to Assistant Food Service Director this year.  She knows every aspect of our food service and she helps me in the day to day operation of our kitchen.  Tracy directs the "Front of the House" during lunch service.  She loves to spend time with Elix, her 3 year old grandson.  Tracy has served some celebrities in her career including Executives and even the owner of an NFL franchise!
