IT Systems Analyst

As an IT Systems Analyst your responsibilities will be to support and troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues, including but not limited to desktop and server applications, custom applications, computer and server hardware.
This position will work with confidential and proprietary information that requires a signed IT Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Agreement and background check upon hire.  Failure to pass background check will result in immediate termination.

Minimum Requirements
  • 4-year IT degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Windows 10, and Office 365
  • Experience working with networking equipment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and newer
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Strong Customer Service
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills
  • Ability to maintain positive and healthy relationships in team environment and in working with others
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Be a self-starter and fulfill project tasks within deadline
 Physical Requirements
  • Ability to climb a ladder
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Carrying, crawling, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing, squatting/kneeling, standing, and walking
  • Reach above shoulder level, maintain balance
  • Ability to deal with moderate levels of stress related due to time constraints and project deadlines
Other IT Related
  • Work various special events that require IT support, may include evening and weekend hours.
  • Assisting in preparations for special events that require IT support
  • Must be willing to be periodically on-call
  • Will periodically require inspection/service of outdoor IT supported equipment.
