REQUIREMENTS TO BEGIN SCHOOL
PRESCHOOL
A current immunization form must be on file for all students before school begins. As immunizations are updated throughout the summer or school year, you may ask your healthcare provider to submit new forms to TLS Health Office.
You must fill out a Pick Up Authorization & Emergency Contact Information form before the first day of school.
An eye exam, including dilation, is required for all students within 30 days of entering Kindergarten | Montessori III.
LOWER SCHOOL
Please consult the student handbook, Information and Guidelines. These guidelines will include lunch, carline, and any other procedures unique to the Lower School Division. A sturdy, full-sized backpack (no wheels) is needed to simplify carrying articles to and from school.
