The Learning Center Summer Program
July 7-August 1 | Monday-Friday
8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.
The Learning Center at The Lexington School will be running 4 weeks of summer camp specifically designed for students needing a boost in reading and writing. Each week will have a specialized theme designed to create a fun and engaged experience. Students may attend all camps or just one and are open to rising 1st - 8th grade students. For an extended day, students are welcome to register for lunch bunch or an afternoon camp with Camp Curiosity.
Students will be taught in small, targeted groups by teachers who can meet the individual needs of each child’s learning profile. The program is designed to supply students with a springboard to begin the upcoming academic year without neglecting summer fun.
Camp Specifics:

Student to teacher ratio is 6:1

Reading, Writing, and Spelling instruction is structured and multisensory

Qualified teachers trained in visual, auditory, and tactile learning

Individual student summaries are provided to families at the end of each week

Students will be supplied with all necessary materials and snack is included
